Horrible customer service. Always has a slick comment to say when I ask for my eyebrows to be a certain way will not be seeing me again. Everytime I go my eyebrows are different even left with a cut that left a scar I didn't want to get to this point to leave a review but I'm fed up with the disrespect towards clients. It's honestly disgusting. I don’t why the owner gets mad when you just ask for what you want always has a nasty attitude and never try’s to accommodate clients I’m not taking about my own experience only I speaking up for other woman and men.

I came in as a walk-in and was able to get multiple services done in one visit, including a full body wax, brow tint, lip, a medium wispy lash set, and a refreshing facial, all for $250. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. She made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process, which is really important when you’re getting services like these. Everything was done efficiently without feeling rushed, and you can tell she really cares about her clients and the quality of her work. I truly appreciated how accommodating and reliable she was, especially fitting me in as a walk-in and still delivering top-tier service. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and well taken care of.
